Boxes are loaded and taken to Mifflin Presbyterian Church for sorting and distribution to 37 community organizations in the Central Ohio area. The sorting and distribution days this year were Friday and Saturday, November 11 and 12, 2011.
Distribution of Items:
Volunteers sort over 7,700 hats, scarves, lap robes and baby blankets before pinning a prayer on each item. Boxes are then packed with the number of items requested for each organization which are then distributed in the Central Ohio community.
